If theme parks are your thing, you're in for a treat.? A short 20-minute drive will take you to the iconic Walt Disney World Parks, and 25 minutes to the famous and we think, underappreciated SeaWorld.

The facilities here are second to none. The resort boasts a hot tub, heated pool, a splash pad and a playground for kids to a well-stocked fitness center - there’s something for everyone.? Even the tennis courts here have a mobile short net for the kids to get on Centre Court with the adults! Mingle with other vacationers in the pool area, which are teeming with comfy lounge chairs and verdant foliage.

The idyllic Oakwater Lake boasts walking trails and a conservation area for you to enjoy your evening nightcaps.

Back inside, the Oasis the living room boasts a clean, modern, homey, minimalistic vibe. Its dewy white interiors and cozy décor make for a relaxing time indoors. Plump, comfy couches flank a smart TV.

The adjoining open-plan kitchen is complete with wooden cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, as a coffee machine, blender, toaster, oven, microwave, refrigerator and wineware are provided for you to whip up meals at home.

The indoor 6-seater dining area is perfect for family time.

The home sleeps 9 guests in 3 bedrooms, all on the upper floor. Please note that there is no wheelchair or handicapped access at Oakwater. All units have steps to climb.

Bedroom #1 is the master. It features a king-size bed, a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The room opens onto an airy balcony with a 2-seater coffee table and charming views.

Bedroom #2 comes with a full twin bed along with bunk beds, and a smart TV.

Bedroom #3 has twin beds and a smart TV.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- The home provides an additional bathroom with a tub.
- A washer/dryer is included.
- Parking is available – there is one dedicated spot in the driveway.

With Universal Studios (20 mins) and Orlando International Airport (25 mins) both nearby, Oakwater Oasis could not be better located.

Don’t miss Mystic Dunes Golf Course (1 min) and bass fishing at Lake Kissimmee State Park.

An assortment of restaurants and cafes surround the property, while local shops invite you to some of the best retail therapy. Explore Florida Mall, Downtown Kissimmee and The Mall Millenia.?Nearby natural trails make for some of the best hikes in the area.

A visit to Kissimmee Old Town is a big yes, as is Clearwater in the Gulf Coast (90 mins). The Kennedy Space Center will teach you all about the enigma of outer space.
