Look forward to quiet mornings, tranquil evenings, and getting to know your family and friends again through the art of reflective relaxation. The huge backyard is a great location for family get-togethers and outdoor sports. Kids can spend days exploring nearby hiking trails or biking through teeming gardens.

Manicured lawns and lush foliage engulf the property; perfect for your little ones’ adventures or for savoring delightful views and sounds from the backyard patio.

The living room is bright, spacious, and modern. Freshly renovated and washed in soothing pastel-colored interiors, it’s complete with rustic wooden accents and fragrant indoor plants. A comfy seating area flanks the stony fireplace. Digital nomads can make most of the cozy workspace and have mini work-retreats here.

Whip up homemade meals in the adjoining kitchen. Open-air and fully functioning, it features stylish white cabinetry and glossy countertops. Stainless steel appliances such as a kettle, stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, blender, and toaster are available.

Enjoy an evening together on the 2 rattan bar stools, and spend leisure time with your family at the spacious 6-seater dining table.

The media room is kitted with a smart TV, a couch, and windows allowing abundant natural light.

The brightly-lit game room is an ideal spot for indoor fun. It’s equipped with a convertible ping pong, foosball, pool, and air hockey table. A large screen projector and colorful bean bags are provided for video games or late-night movies.

The home sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedrooms.

Suited for kids, bedroom #1 has a twin, full bunk bed with trundle.
Bedroom #2 offers a queen-size bed.
Bedroom #3 is the master, featuring a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi.
Bedroom #4 is secluded and comes with its own entry away from the main house. This room is complete with a queen-size bed, a patio and its own en-suite bathroom. It truly feels like your own space in this epic room.

Driveway parking is available.

An array of eateries and cafes are within short distance. Take a day out to shop at Florida Mall, Downtown Kissimmee, and The Mall Millenia. A visit to Kissimmee Old Town is a big yes, as is the Atlantic Coast, well-known for its beaches and the ever-popular Kennedy Space Center.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
