Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, direct pool access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 has a full size bed.

Bedroom #3 has twin size bunk beds and a queen size sleeper sofa.

Bathroom #2 is a shared hall bath, with dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Should you wish to have the pool heated for your stay, a $75/night fee will apply, for the duration of your stay. Grand Welcome requires at least 72-hour notice PRIOR to arrival, should you wish to add this feature.
- 2 parking spaces are available in the driveway, space for 1 additional car can be found on the street.
- Washer and dryer in unit available for guest use.
