With 5 bedrooms, a private (no extra charge) heated pool and hot tub, a designated nerf-gun playroom, and oh by the way, your own magical casita - there are endless ways to make memories. If there is not enough for your magical family at the estate, the on-site Solterra amenities, like the lazy river, gym, bar, and pool with water slide, will definitely keep you entertained.? Whew! Who knew a vacation to Orlando didn’t even need to include a short drive to Disney?

If there’s one thing we can guarantee, nobody else will be riding shotgun on the Razor Crest with Grogu, and the Mandalorian except your family. Sure, other casitas have a Star Wars room, but who else do you know will recharge their batteries on the Razor Crest?

Heck who can sleep in a house after they have spent a couple of hours in the former garage – now converted into a Nerf Gun playroom? Complete with skyscrapers, a slide, ball pit and your favorite hand painted Avengers. We promise you will have the time of your life in this epic room. Bring your own Nerf Guns or use the one provided by Doctor Strange – it’s your magical vacation!

The downstairs living area is designed in an open concept layout with sightlines between the dining, kitchen, and living area. The living room offers ample seating on a modern large sectional, with a smart/cable TV, and access to the outside lanai.?

The kitchen is equipped with a BEYOND full suite of stainless-steel appliances – yes there are TWO REFRIGERATORS in the kitchen for your tribe – ensuring you will have everything you’ll need to whip up delicious meals for your large group. Additional small appliances like a blender, two coffee makers, and toaster are available for your convenience. The large kitchen island with multiple barstools is ideal for extra prep space or to gather around and enjoy evening drinks and hors-d'oeuvres. Steps away, a dining table for 8 awaits. A few more steps outside and another half-dozen can take their supper out to the pool deck.

The home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably between 5 magically decorated bedrooms. In addition to the spectacular decor, each room is furnished with luxe linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.?

Bedroom #1, On the first floor, awesome modern starburst lines greet you with a plush King bed, Cable/Smart TV, and an en-suite. It also has access to the pool (Did I mention free heated pool yet?) through a double sliding door. The en-suite features a spacious vanity with dual sinks and a stand-up shower. There is also a crib for your own little Grogu here.

Bedroom #2, also on the 1st floor, has a King bed and Cable/Smart TV?and by this house’s standards, rather boring. Perhaps your aunt sleeps here?

Bedrooms (#3-#5) are all located on the 2nd floor of the home after you travel across the magical Casita inspired Encanto staircase. The entire staircase features new hardwood floors and your favorite Family Madrigal cast members. Yes, Abuela will be watching you too!! Her eyes will follow you…

But before you get to the bedrooms how about stepping through the custom arch and pulling up a cold drink in “The Casita.” Here a projector and speaker system will greet you as you look to watch Bruno and his Mischievous Grin on the big screen. The windows even have a magical candle which you can turn off and on. Want to play some more? This house is equipped with black lights so you can see the whole family “light up” at night.

Bedroom #3 – THIS IS THE WAY! Your one and only chance to sleep on the Razor Crest with the Mandalorian in “The Child” Grogu’s bed. LED Rope lights which can and do change color, light up your dreams. The bed is fit for 2 kiddos, or two older kiddos on this Queen-sized bed.

Bedroom #4 is pure magic for kids and Star Wars fanatics. The room is configured with one Full bed, one Twin bed, a Cable/Smart TV, and magnificent ceiling rope LED light so you can truly FEEL THE FORCE. ?

Bedroom #5 – HOGWARTS! This is where Harry Potter and Hermione hang out with their wizard-inspired decor from floor to ceiling. The room is furnished with a Full bed, Twin bed, and Smart TV.

DID WE MENTION THE EXTRA PERKS OF THE HOME YET?

- There’s not one, or two but THREE bonus rooms in Disney Getaway. The first bonus area is the loft on the 2nd floor with a spacious sectional and projector. The next bonus space is the ultimate Nerf gun room and finally just when you think you’ve seen it all, let us take you outside! The home features a private – yes FREE HEATED - pool area, hot tub, and outdoor seating - all covered by the lanai. BOOM! Vacation check listed!

THINGS TO NOTE:
- There is space for up to 2 cars on the driveway, and a lot with guest past can fit an additional 5 cars. You will need to get a parking pass from the guard at the gate upon entry.
- A washer/dryer is available for guest use on the 1st floor and 2nd Floor. Ohhh yes, 2 laundry areas await you here.
- A highchair and crib are available if needed.
The home is located in the Solterra Resort, a collection of gated neighborhoods surrounding world-class resort amenities. You will be pleased with the manicured grounds and open spaces here. This is not a crowded community, and you are likely to see the mated pair of white cranes in the park outside the front door.
At Solterra the amenities include a lazy river, heated pool with water slide, gym, tennis court, outdoor seating, a private trail, and a playground - all yours to enjoy alongside your fellow guests.
In under 5-miles, you can access numerous golf courses, food stores, and the Posner Commons Shopping Center. Oh yeah, the major theme parks – Perhaps you have heard of Walt Disney World? The Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Celebration Town Center can be reached within 10-15 miles, a quick drive for a day of magical and fantastical fun.
