The LONE DONKEY RANCH is a one-of-a-kind vacation rental experience, immersing you in the solitude and magic of the mountains, mere minutes away from all the excitement and adventure of Park City, Utah!
If it’s privacy, peace and tranquility you seek, you have found the right place. Perfect for large families or business retreats, the Lone Donkey Ranch house is surrounded by 22 acres of Utah picture perfection.
Although you are only a smidge over 20 minutes away from Park City’s ski resorts, restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment, you or the family would never want to leave the Lone Donkey by itself.
Stroll through the garden with its wood-carved statues or go for a hike in your own back yard with miles of views of the Uinta mountains where you can soak it all in while floating in the ultra-private hot tub and having a sundowner.
Off the newly renovated deck and hot tub area as you enter the bottom level of the house you will find a large wet-bar, lounge area with flat screen TV, pool table, bedroom, bathroom/shower and one of the Lone Donkey’s BEST FEATURES – a cozy wood-fire stove!
Upstairs the Lone Donkey continues to impress with an extra-large kitchen sporting a flatscreen TV, dining/cocktail table and French doors leading to a magnificent green lawn for the kids and a TRAEGER master smoker for the grown-ups!
Enjoy a meal with family or friends in the spacious dining room with views of the mountains and a large living area with its own fireplace and comfy seats.
If duty calls close the French doors that lead to the private office with its large wooden desk, atrium window with sitting area and wood fireplace. And when it’s time to hit the hay, pull down the comfy murphy bed converting the room into a cozy queen for two.
Adjacent to the office is another bathroom with shower tub and a master bedroom with spectacular mountain views and patio deck leading down to the hot tub. Here you can sit on the bright and colorful bistro seating sipping on you morning coffee while gazing out at nature's best.
The master bedroom also features its own bathroom with large jacuzzi tub, shower, his & hers sinks and leading off the main room another set of French doors lead to the luscious lawn.
