Welcome to Legacy Penthouse! A delightful Branson home designed for relaxed holidays.

Located right off the Strip, you’re an amble down from some of the city’s biggest attractions. Vibrant eateries, lakeside activities and colorful theme parks, the list goes on.

Spend days hiking through oak-filled forests of the Ozarks. Head out for a day of family fun to the world-famous Silver Dollar City. A trip to the Titanic Museum is a big yes, as is Dolly Parton’s Stampede. When it comes to golf, the grass here is truly greener.

The living room has a soothing vibe. Bright and luscious, it’s washed in creamy white hues and abundant natural light. Glossy wooden accents fuse with earthy fixtures. A comfy seating area surrounds a cable TV, perfect for leisurely afternoons.

You’ll find an enclosed patio, teeming with scenic golf views. Dig into hearty meals at the 4-seater dining table, or lounge on the adjoining couch.

The airy, open-plan kitchen will leave you inspired. Stainless-steel appliances like coffee machine, stove, microwave, oven, toaster, refrigerator and wineware are stocked for your convenience. Enjoy your favorite cocktails on a pair of bar stools, or settle down for hearty meals at the 6-seater dining table.

The home accommodates 6 guests in 3 cozy bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 is the master, featuring a king-size bed and cable TV.
Bedroom #2 and #bedroom 3 also have king-size beds.

THINGS TO NOTE:
There are 3 bathrooms, 2 of them with bathtubs.
A washer/dryer is included.
Parking is available.
This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
The Community Pool is not available for use.
The range of things to do is endless. Head to hip local bars, and enjoy live country music. Spend a day of outdoorsy fun at various parks and biking trails.

The Bigfoot Fun Park remains ever-popular. Heart-pounding rides, colorful arcades, mini-golf and mind-boggling mazes, you’re guaranteed a gala time!

Table Rock Lake is ideal for kayaking and fishing. Don’t miss the eclectic restaurants at Branson Landing.

Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your date checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

We camw down foe a four day weekend. This location was very clean and well set up. It was a great location. Close to everything but odd the busy road. Felt likw home. The manager was very communicative ans has everything ready for us. Very highly recommend!!

Family Branson Getaway

Really enjoyed renting this condo for several reasons: First, there was plenty of communication between us and the property management to help keep us well informed about the property. Also, one of the owners called us before check-in to provide information and see if we had any questions (very friendly). Secondly, the location and the cleanliness of the condo was everything we hoped for. Finally, during our stay we received text messages asking about our stay. We will definitely rent this condo again if we go back to Branson. The entire group felt like they were at home. We finally felt owners/management wasn't just trying to make money, but concern about their guest enjoying their vacation.
