Welcome to Lakeview Landing, a renovated beach retreat in a prime location. With a community pool, back patio with lounge furniture, and close proximity to endless family fun, this home is ideal for those who are ready to soak up all the joys of a coastal getaway.

The living room boasts peaked ceilings, ample seating, nautical accents, and a TV. A wall cutout between the kitchen and living room provides sightlines between the two rooms so the conversation can always flow among guests. The kitchen is well equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you may need to whip up your own dinner from home. We invite you to dine alfresco from the back patio with a dining table, umbrella, and BBQ. An outdoor shower is also available for refreshing after a day at the beach.

The home sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably between 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a King bed, TV, and en-suite. The en-suite bathroom is accessed through a custom sliding barn door and features a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 is configured with a Twin-over-Full bunk bed, with a twin trundle bed underneath.
Bedroom #3 offers a King bed, another en-suite bathroom, and plenty of room to spread out and relax.

In addition to the primary en-suite, there are 2 extra full bathrooms in the home, both having walk-in showers. One bathroom is on the 1st floor and the other is on the 2nd floor.

- Bed linens and towels are included for this property.
- There is one reserved parking spot right in front of the unit, but guests can park in any unmarked spot!

The property is located in Rehoboth Beach, a family-friendly coastal town that offers everything from waterfront dining to an iconic boardwalk. The home is located in a private complex that provides a pool with lounge chairs, tables and a separate kiddie pool area, that is exclusive to residents and guests. Rehoboth Beach, Poodle Beach, and Dewey Beach can all be accessed in a quick 6-minute drive. The boardwalk with tons of rides, games, and coastal eateries is also within minutes. A dozen of noteworthy restaurants, bars, and cafes can also be found in the surrounding area.

This is a 7 night min rental with a Friday check in, and Friday checkout only.
