The home’s front outdoor space is dedicated to the resort-quality pool and attached hot tub. Modern stonework and crystal blue water make the pool an attractive place to cool off in the desert climate. Poolside lounge chairs allow you to soak up some sun while taking in the expansive mountain views beyond the property. A covered patio area offers additional outdoor seating with overhead fan to keep cool, or warm up in the gorgeous hot tub with stone waterfall.

Inside the home, you’ll find that artistic decor is a main feature of Kings Landing. From large wall pieces to geometric furniture and accent fixtures, the home is a delight for the creative eye. The living room features modern seating which faces an operating gas fireplace where you can cozy up on cool desert nights. A smart tv is also included in this space for your choice of streaming.

A spacious kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, and all necessary cookware for convenient and inspired cooking at home. A large pantry offers space to store your groceries. A range of eating areas include barstool seating at the kitchen counter, a breakfast nook overlooking the backyard, the formal dining table with seating for 6, or the outdoor dining table also for 6.

Several sets of sliding glass doors provide access to the home’s backyard where partially shaded areas to relax include the dining table, hammock, and rattan swing chair. Before you head out to La Quinta’s famed golf resorts, make the most of this beautiful property with some putting on your own private green.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 private bedrooms. Two rolling away cots are also available for additional guests.

Bedroom #1 is the home’s primary suite with king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom including dual sinks, soaking tub, vanity space, walk-in shower, and large closet/dressing room. This bedroom also has large sliding glass doors which provide beautiful views of the backyard and palm trees beyond, as well as direct access to the home's backyard.

Bedroom #2 is furnished with 2 twin size beds (can be converted to king bed at additional cost), a smart tv, and a desk and chair for a quite workspace. This bedroom’s ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Kings Landing is situated in La Quinta with the Santa Rosa mountains surrounding. The incredible year-round weather and arid climate make the area perfect for outdoor recreation. In both La Quinta and in Palm Springs, which is about 40 minutes away by car, enjoy luxury shopping, spa treatments, and the vibrant art scene.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
