Recently purchased, refreshed and scheduled to be renovated in September 2022, our new "Surf and Swim" condo is right across the street from Big Island's best snorkeling, surf and sight-seeing! Known locally as Snorkel Beach or Turtle Beach, Kahaluu Beach is home to over 100 species of tropical fish, green sea turtles & the perfect launching point for your next Hawaiian vacation.

Snorkel to your heart's content under the guided eye of lifeguards, learn to surf or paddle board, or just relax & catch a few rays. Once you're done, walk across the street back home to Beach Villas at Kahaluu, where you can rinse off in the stunning infinity pool, soak in the jacuzzi hot tub, or enjoy a morning coffee or evening dinner from your private open-air lanai.

You'll be treated to picturesque Kona sunsets and beautiful views of the Kona coastline every single day! Built in 2005-2007, the units here at Kahaluu Beach Villas are amongst the newest & most sweetly decorated oceanfront units you'll find in Kona today.

Unit is ~25-minutes away from Kona International Airport (KOA) in the beautiful Keauhou resort area. Keahou is only a 10-minute drive away from central Kona town, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle. Many celebrities make their homes in the hills above our condo development, and our location is centrally located to most major tourist attractions in/about Kailua-Kona.

The development has plenty of free parking (21 unassigned spots for 21 units) on premise. In the unlikely event the lot fills up, there is plenty of convenient street parking along the small side street (Makolea St.).

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
