The living room with its comfy leather couches, Smart TV, spectacular mountain views, also sports a large fireplace to snuggle in front of on those chilly mountain days. The living room shares the space with a stunning wood dining table that seats 6 and a door that leads to the private deck with comfy seating, overlooking the backyard and the mountains.

On this level you will find the laundry room, guest half-bath, easy access to the garage, mud room with lots of space for storing your gear, and two en-suite bedrooms. The main level guest bedroom has a full-size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Please note that there are no TV’s in any of the bedrooms throughout the home.

The huge garage features parking for 3 cars and another 3 cars in the driveway. There is no street parking in the winter.

Fun fact; all public transport in Park City is completely FREE! Just down the hill you can catch a free bus to any of the 3 Ski-resorts and Downtown Park City, only a few minutes away by car.
