This freshly-remodeled home is nestled at the south end of the island, far from the bustle of the north end, yet close to bounty of incredible attractions. This condo is located steps away from direct beach access. Guests looking to spend relaxed afternoons boating and fishing are in for a treat! Explore charming farmers markets and stroll through the colorful shops of Santini Marina Plaza, less than a mile away. Enjoy a cocktail and a bite to eat at the Outrigger Beach Bar located across the street.

The living area is bright and inviting, boasting a heady mix of modern white and grey interiors. Picture windows allow plenty of natural light. Even better: An airy balcony with 2 lounger chairs basks outside.

Head back in to unwind on comfy, plump couches that flank a smart TV, or savor intimate meals at the 4-seater dining table.

Settle in for evening cocktails at the bar stool area for 3, or enjoy a day of family cooking in the adjoining open-plan kitchen. It’s equipped with glossy quartz countertops, sleek white cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances such as a blender, coffee maker, stove, microwave, wineware and refrigerator.

Bedroom #1 comes with a king-size bed, smart TV and en-suite bathroom.
