Indian Canyon Retreat is located on a quiet residential street, in the golf course community of mid-century homes that surround two 18-hole golf courses. The development began in the Indian Canyon Neighborhood in the early 1960s.

The Indian Canyons Neighborhood is in the wind-free south end of Palm Springs. Many of the homes in the neighborhood enjoy unobstructed views of the mountains— this is one of the only communities in the area where power lines do not obstruct the natural horizon. Residents of Indian Canyon enjoy hiking, cycling, and even horseback riding along with, of course, lots of golf. Indian Canyon is also just minutes from restaurants, coffee shops, grocery and hardware stores and shops and a short drive will bring you to downtown Palm Springs where there are dozens of restaurants, art galleries, and shops.

Canyon Retreat - Yard
The home is situated on an unusually large private lot with unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains. The professionally landscaped and maintained yard is on the 17th fairway of the north course. The pool and cascading waterfall are surrounded by several outdoor seating areas. There is a large, covered patio for outdoor dining. The gas grill is located on a patio adjacent to the kitchen on the east side of the house. All the bedrooms have direct access to the pool area. There is a walled courtyard with lush desert plantings at the front of the home.

Canyon Retreat - Home
The professionally decorated single level 3,000 SF home has a large living room with a gas fireplace, flat-screen SMART television, formal dining room and a cozy den with views of the pool area and golf course.

Bedrooms/Baths
The large main bedroom has a king-size bed, desk and seating area, generous walk-in closet, large flat screen SMART television and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a deep soaking tub, a walk-in shower and large vanity with two sinks.

Bedroom #2 has two twin beds, a large double closet, and a flat screen SMART television. There is a bathroom across the hall from the bedroom with a combination tub/shower. There is a linen closet in the hallway.

Bedroom #3 has a queen-size bed, flat screen SMART television, closet and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Kitchen and Dinette
The well-equipped kitchen has two counter height stools for casual dining, a wet bar, and a small dining area with a table with 4-chairs. A patio door leads you out to a patio area with a gas BBQ grill.

Laundry Room
Dedicated laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and a utility sink.

Things to note:
- The private pool can be heated at an additional cost of $60/day. Please contact us if you are interested in pool heat at least 24 hours in advance of your expected need.
- In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.
- Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.

Residents will be provided with a copy of Palm Springs’ Good Neighbor Policy and will adhere to those rules.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
