Desert bliss! Welcome to Hot Springs Hideaway, a meticulously kept multi-family home that offers both comfort and convenience for guests. Highlights include a private backyard oasis, modern upgrades, and close proximity to local and regional hot spots.

The home is divided into 2 fully functional units. The main house is in the front of the property and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a full kitchen. The casita in the rear of the property boasts its own quarters with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a full kitchen. Guests renting Hot Springs Hideaway have exclusive access to both units with the outdoor area in the center.

The heart of this home is certainly the backyard oasis! Step outside and you’ll discover a crystal clear pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, a cabana with a dining set, and a second cabana with conversation furniture. There’s nothing like soaking up paradise!

Back inside, the living room offers a large sectional and TV. Steps away, the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook delicious meals from home. A blender, toaster, coffee maker, and other kitchenware are available for your convenience!

The home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably between 4 bedrooms split between the main house and the casita in the rear. Each room has been thoughtfully furnished with a Queen bed, dresser/wardrobe, and Twin fold out beds to accommodate guests. Crisp linens make the room complete and ensure everyone has a restful stay.?The home also has 3 full-size bathrooms, each with a stand-up shower.

The property is located in Desert Hot Springs, a city famously known for its natural cold and hot mineral springs with a list of therapeutic benefits. Because of the naturally occurring springs, the area has morphed into a spa town, with businesses offering everything from week-long wellness escapes to a relaxing spa day. Palm Drive, less than a mile away from the home, is dotted with cafes, eateries, and shops. If you’re looking to play a round of golf, Mission Lakes Country Club and Desert Dunes Golf Club are both under 5 miles away. The home is also near several noteworthy attractions including; Joshua Tree National Park (31 miles), San Bernardino National Forest (34 miles), Coachella Valley Preserve (16 miles), and Palm Springs (11 miles) among others!. Coachella Valley is praised for more than just its concerts and festivals. The protected wildlife preserve of more than 20,000 acres has native species of plants and animals, along with several scenic hiking trails for all levels.

Things to note:
- The spa can be heated at an additional cost of $50/day. Please contact us if you are interested in spa heat at least 24 hours in advance of your expected need.
- In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.
- Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
