Hugged by mountains and surrounded by meticulous desert landscaping, this property is an immersion into the beautiful nature of Palm Springs. From morning to night, the outdoor pool oasis invites you to make the most of your surroundings from morning coffee in the shade, to lounging by the pool, and grilling up dinner to share at the dining table with umbrella. At night, LED lights illuminate the pool while cool desert air brings you to the hot tub with gas fireplace at its edge.

Inside, the home’s formal living area is complete with couches, desk, dining table with seating for 6, and of course artwork and lighting fixtures worthy of Palm Springs. The home is filled with art from local artists and is dotted with pictures of Hollywood stars from yesteryear who at one time made their own Hideaway vacation homes in Palm Springs.

A large sliding door makes the space private whether you are taking a zoom meeting at the desk or converting the sleeper sofa to use the room for extra sleeping space.

The more laid back living area is a colorful combination of accent seating around the smart tv, breakfast bar for casual eating, and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and the full-size sleeper sofa provided in the living area.

Bedroom #1 is furnished with a queen bed.

Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, smart tv, and sliding glass door access onto the home’s poolside patio.

Parking space provided for 3 vehicles: 2 in the front driveway and one in the side drive

The house is a John “Jack” Meiselman built home. It’s got specific architectural integrity, built in the Twin Palms style, and may draw the attention of Mid-Century modern enthusiasts.
*Important* During the colder months of October through May we recommend adding pool heat to your reservation for an additional $100 a day. We heat the pool to a very comfortable 86 degrees F and the spa to a relaxing 102 degrees F. The pool will be warm and ready for you to enjoy when you arrive!
In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.
Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.

One of the best features of Hollywood Hideaway is its desirable location, less than 10 minutes from the downtown area. Make the most of your easy access to Palm Springs which has plenty to explore from its central shopping district with vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries to nature adventures like hiking, horseback riding, and biking. The mountains are within easy exploring distance with the popular Palm Springs Ariel Tramway 20 minutes from the house and of course much more to visit in the surrounding areas. Demuth Park has lots of amenities like pickleball and is walking distance from the home!

Be sure to stop by the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
