Welcome to Hogan Haus, a unique home. The space is meticulously kept which is evident in the quality found throughout the home. This property is ideal for those who are seeking a mix of adventure and time to recharge while staying in lovely Lake Tahoe.

Upon entry you are greeted by the kitchen that is equipped with a full suite of appliances and extended countertop. Additional kitchen items such as a toaster, and coffee maker are available for your convenience. The extended counter is useful for extra prep space or an eat-in breakfast space for guests looking to have an early morning. Steps away, enjoy more formal dining together at the table for 3. Off of this space is the first deck with outdoor seating.

Down the hall the living room off comfy seating, TV, and second deck with more outdoor seating.

The home sleeps up to 6 guests comfortably between 3 bedrooms. Each room feels custom with gorgeous woodwork and cabin-style beds. Cozy linens make the space complete for a restful stay.

On the 2nd floor:

Bedroom #1 and #2 each boast a Queen bed

There is a full bathroom with shower/tub combo

On the 3rd floor:

This space is configured as a 1 bedroom apartment and can be locked off. The living space is equipped with a seating area, TV, and fireplace. The kitchenette offers its own fridge, sink, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. There is a 3rd deck with its own outdoor seating.

Bedroom #3 is configured with a queen size bed, and deck access.

The second full bathroom is equipped with an additional shower/tub combo.


THINGS TO NOTE:

-There is an additional ½ bath on the 1st floor.

-Washer and dryer are available for guest use.

- There is space for up to 2 vehicles (instructions will be provided). This policy is strict and all other cars will be towed.

- We provide a Welcome Book with a curated list of our favorite hiking/biking trails, restaurants, ski spots, beaches and more. Enjoy!

- For a small additional fee, guests can use the community amenities (paid on-site). Including; the recreation center, tennis courts, and golf course.

- This is a family home and NO bachelor/bachelorette parties will be permitted. Please be mindful prior to booking that this home is intended for families to enjoy and not a party house. We will request information on each member of your group at booking.

- All Incline Village HOA beaches are closed to non-residents at this time. Sand Harbor, Speedboat Beach, and the Kings Beach State Recreation Area are open to the public.

Diamond Peak Ski Resort is 2.5 miles away and offers 6 chairlifts, 30 runs, open glades, and tree skiing on 655 acres of terrain. Palisades Tahoe (the former Squaw Valley Olympic ski resort) is 40 minutes away and Northstar at Tahoe, are also only 27 minutes away.

Crystal Bay, and Incline Village Championship Golf Course are a quick 10-minutes from the property by car. For those who enjoy hiking, there are multiple walking paths and trailheads in the area, including Monkey Rock and Flume Trail. The shops and restaurants of Incline Village can be accessed in minutes and is the perfect place to walk around with your family or friends. Those who are avid skiers may also want to visit Lake Tahoe and California’s largest Ski Resort, Heavenly Mountain, about a 45-minute drive following the shore of Lake Tahoe. The unique terrain of this ski resort offers 97 runs and 30 lifts that are spread across California and Nevada appealing to all skillsets.
