• Lot and street parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis.
• If you are bringing a pet, please note that the pet fee is not included in the total price. An additional flat fee of $150 applies, and a maximum of 1 pet (dogs only) is allowed in the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
• This home is equipped with 1 external security camera, located outside of the front door and actively monitoring the sidewalk/exterior entrance area.
