Welcome to Heavenly Haven near Boulder Lodge, a thoughtfully decorated home that is meticulously kept by its active owners. This sweet retreat is ideal for 2 couples or a small family who knows there’s nothing better than a prime location.

SUMMIT VILLAGE HOA RULES:
- This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.
- Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am. (Douglas County Ordinance)
- Two (2) car maximum allowed.* Renters will be issued a parking permit which they must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.
- Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
- During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are ?required to access this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow ?storm.
- All dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up feces immediately and ?dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster.

DESCRIPTION CONTINUED:
Find supreme comfort in the living room that offers a comfortable couch, TV, and access to the deck with expansive forest views. The space opens up to the kitchen and dining area with peaked ceilings with a gorgeous wood beam feature.
The kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and additional cookware for your convenience. Steps away, the dining area offers a table for up to 6 and is complete with a fireplace to set the ultimate ambiance.

The home sleeps 6 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms and a loft. Each bedroom is fully furnished with luxe linens and complimenting decor to ensure everyone feels right at home.

Bedroom #1 offers a Queen bed and en-suite. The en-suite highlights a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom #2 features a King bed and balcony.
Bedroom #3, the third-floor loft, provides a Queen bed

An additional bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located on the main floor and is stocked to serve guests.

THINGS TO NOTE:
-There is parking space for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot
-We’re pet-friendly! Please let our team know about your four-legged companion pre-booking so we can be sure to properly check-in each member of your family. It is required that your pet accompanies you whenever you leave the residence. Pets CAN NOT be left alone at home.
-A washer/dryer is available on the 1st floor for guest use.
-The BBQ is not serviced in the winter due to the temperature and snow levels
-The home does NOT have central heating. 3 gas heaters are located throughout the home. The heat is turned on prior to your arrival.
-The home is a duplex and therefore there are shared walls with Unit B. To be respectful to the neighbors do not go on their side of the deck and please be mindful of the noise level.
-A copy of your government issued ID will be required for check in. The primary renter must be at least 30 years old. This home has around 3 sets of full flights of stairs to get to the home from the street level so keep that in mind when booking.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

  5. ***We are fully in compliant with all of the county rental laws which are as follows:
  6. 1. No parties or excessive noise.
  7. 2. No extra people including children.
  8. 3. Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
  9. 4. No hot tub use allowed after 10pm.
  10. 5. No street or on dirt parking.
  11. 6. No trash left outside. Trash must be stored in the bear proof trash enclosure on site.
  12. -Guests who fail to follow the county rental laws may be required to vacate the premises with NO REFUND and can result in fines of up to $2,000. This may seem harsh but we have to protect our owner’s permits. We appreciate the understanding.
  13. -This home is in a quiet neighbourhood where neighbours WILL unfortunately alert the police if local laws are not abided by.
  14. -Most of our homes have EXTERIOR security cameras like Nest and Ring. There are never any interior cameras.
  15. -This home does not have AC, as all homes in Tahoe are not built with AC.
  16. -We do not refund for weather, road conditions, smoke, etc so please purchase travel insurance!
