The downstairs area features a plush sectional couch and a smart TV, perfect for lounging and catching up on your favorite shows. Just steps away, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. The kitchen is kosher friendly, with state-of-the-art appliances offering sabbath mode capabilities. Wander outside through the sliding glass doors to the pool and lanai, where you can soak up the Florida sunshine or take a refreshing dip in the pool. Upstairs, another large sectional couch and smart TV awaits. From here, step out onto the furnished balcony to soak up the fresh air and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding area. When it's time to come together for a meal, the spacious dining area has enough seating for up to 14 guests, plus a breakfast nook for 5, and barstool seating in the kitchen. If you ever need some privacy, head to the first-floor office or formal sitting room, perfect for uninterrupted reading or working! With all these amenities, you won't want to leave!

Bedroom #3 has a twin size bed, full size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #4 has a twin size bed, full size bed, and smart tv.

Bedroom #5 has 2 twin size beds, a smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #6 has 2 queen size beds and a smart tv.

THINGS TO NOTE:
The home has 5 additional full bathrooms, plenty of space for your whole group!
Parking space for up to 5 vehicles is available in the driveway. Additional unmarked parking in the street.
Pool heating is an additional fee of $29 per day. We recommend adding this service if you are visiting between the colder months of November-February.
Grill rental is available for an additional fee of $125.
You must request these add-on services with Customer Care before arrival.

Outside of the resort, there are awesome options nearby for dining and shopping, with the closest and perhaps most desirable being the epic ChampionsGate, a small city 10 minutes away that sports a downtown feel with an array of restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, specialty stores, and its own golf course with clubhouse and pro shop.

Beyond the house are the major Florida theme parks, Disney World and Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Universal Studios! Staying here sets you up for an endless amount of fun. In addition to the fun you’ll have on property and exploring Disney parks, other nearby attractions include Sea World, Universal Studios, Lake Kissimmee State Park, and The Kennedy Space Center.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
