In the warmer months, bike or hike your way through the terrain on trails for all ages and skill levels or experience the serenity of mountain golf that showcases the Fraser River, Rocky Mountain views, and native flora and fauna. Fishing enthusiasts will want to head into the river itself where brown, rainbow, or cutthroat trout might just make an appearance at your dinner table. In the winter, fresh powder is on the menu where the summit of Granby Ranch towers at over 9,000 feet with 38 trails for skiing, snowboarding, and sledding to test your skills and your limits. For a day out on the town, you’ll be just 10 minutes from all the eclectic shopping, dining, and entertainment options in downtown Granby.

Inside the home, soaring vaulted ceilings sit atop sophisticated spaces expertly curated with rustic-chic furnishings and décor to maximize your comfort and downtime. Gather around the TV in the living room for a cozy movie night, relaxing on plush sofa and armchair seating as you bathe in the warmth of the fireplace. The open floorplan creates organic flow into the kitchen and dining areas, keeping everyone connected and a part of the conversation. The kitchen itself is a chef’s delight, showcasing stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and warm wood cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. Between the breakfast and dining tables with total seating for 10, meals large or light can easily be enjoyed together.

Who needs to unwind for the evening when you can keep the good times rolling in the basement game room? Equipped with a foosball table, hoops game, and additional living space with an L-shaped sofa, mounted smart TV, and wet bar, there are hours of fun to be had here challenging one another to some friendly competition or cheering on your favorite team.

This home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests between 5 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size murphy bed, smart TV, and dedicated workspace.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #5 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

The home also includes 2 additional full guest bathrooms, the first with a single vanity and shower/tub combo and the second with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles. Trailers, campers, RVs, and boats cannot be parked on the property for more than 24 hours. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway overnight.
• A hot tub fee of $20 will be required.
• This home is not equipped with air conditioning.
• This home is NOT pet friendly.
