This spacious and exquisitely decorated 2 bedroom condo is a golfer's dream! Located in the beautiful gated community of Stonebridge Resort, you will have easy access to everything Branson has to offer.
Begin your day with a cup of coffee from the fully stocked Keurig station. Step outside onto the covered porch, and enjoy amazing views of the 12th green. Would you like to book a tee time at the legendary Ledgestone golf course? Just call the clubhouse!

Back inside, pick a comfy spot to read or watch your favorite program on the smart TV. Grab a seat at the 6- person dining table for a lively evening of board games or a great meal! The roomy kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a feast for your family and friends.

The huge master bedroom has two queen beds, access to the covered porch, and a large en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a king sized bed with its own bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with vanities and shower/tub combo units. Comfy bedding in each bedroom will have you drifting off to sleep after a carefree day!

In addition to on-site dining in the clubhouse, Stonebridge offers walking trails, multiple swimming pools, playgrounds, tennis courts, sand volleyball, and (of course) GOLF!

THINGS TO NOTE:
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- As of March 1st, 2023, there will be a $5.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and can not waive it.

On day of arrival all guests will have to reach out to the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS to show to the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.
