Estero Beach Bliss #105

This is our third time staying at Estero Beach and tennis club. We cannot say enough great things about this condo! It has been by far the cleanest, best decorated/updated and full of all the essentials you will need while staying on the ocean. We were here in June…it was hot weather, but although it’s hot, you will be happy with the way that this patio faces… It gives you shade all day long! From having breakfast at the table watching the dolphins swim pass, to nighttime sunsets, it’s breathtaking! When I said before that the condo is equipped with everything…I mean everything… and because no one has listed these items before I’m going to right now…there is a DVD player with movies, batteries, sewing kit, Bluetooth speaker, flash lights, tape, scissors, games, so many books to read, radio, local magazines and coupons, cooler, iron, tennis rackets and balls, frisbee, umbrella, bag for shells, large and small cooler, two beach bags, four chairs (which are the quality style that lean all the way back and also have pockets for cups and items you want to take to the beach, a drying rack, a couple umbrellas, four beach towels, tons of extra bath towels, hangers and pool noodles. The bathroom has the necessities as well from first aid items to shampoo conditioner and soap, they have you covered! The kitchen is completely filled with all the amenities you will need as well! Some of these include a dishwasher, ice maker in the refrigerator, toaster, blender, both a regular coffee pot and a K cup coffee pot, spices, tea pot, lots of mixing bowls plates platters cups and dishes… They also have insulated cups for you to take to the pool or ocean! They give you enough paper towels toilet paper dishwashing liquid and dish soap to get you started too! The bed is a medium firmness bed and there is a large 6 drawer dresser and two drawer nightstand perfect to hold all of your items for your stay! What a beautiful unit. Was equipped with everything you needed

My husband and I spent 2 wonderful weeks in this amazing condo! It had everything we needed in the kitchen and for the beach. Very clean and updated. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the balcony and cocktails in the evening watching the sunset!!

Perfect. Condo was even better than the listing. So many little details that really make the place better than expected. Definitely a 5 out of 5. The owner communication was also a 5 out of 5. If you are looking for an EBT condo for vacation rental, this is a definite YES.

Property was very well maintained. Units are older and not very sound proof but it was not loud enough to be a problem. Great location on the south side of the Island.

Property was very nice, clean and the beach was beautiful. Did get super windy towards the end of our stay.

My best friend and I had another trip planned which got cancelled, so we put this together last minute. We saw the previous review and were enticed. The place was spotless and supplied amply with essentials. We felt more like guests than renters. The owners were so welcoming. We have rented from vrbo a few times in the past, and this was the nicest place so far. The southend of the island was definitely more our speed (we are 50-somethings), but we still found plenty to do in addition to spending time on the beach. Rented bicycles to get around after hearing not-so-great things about the trolley, and that worked out well.

Chris was wonderful to deal right from the start of closing on the property. He let us know right away that he and his wife were buying the condo and that we had are time secure and there would be no problem. The condo was clean and that is very important to my husband and I. Nice dishes and utensils.

We have stayed in VRBO properties all over the country and we can truthfully say we have not stayed in one better than this piece of Paradise! It was spotlessly clean and fully equipped. We don't think there was one thing that we needed that hadn't already been provided by the new owners. The view was absolutely breathtaking from every vantage point. The location on the southern part of the island is perfect. Restaurants, pharmacy, and grocery store all within walking distance. Chris was so kind and patient with us as we worked through the details of our rental as it pertained to his new possession(we were the first renters of his ownership). We would not hesitate to return to this property! We'll even give you credit for the beautiful weather.Thank you Chris and Holly for sharing your beautiful property with us!
