When entering the home, you will be instantly drawn to the shades of blue and green on the horizon. We know the first thing you’ll want to see is the view, and we don’t blame you! Step onto the balcony and take a moment to relax on the patio furniture while you take in the lush greenery from palm trees and get a glimpse of the Gulf. The soothing salty air will be yours to enjoy at the start and end of each day.

Back inside, the unit is tastefully decorated with neutral tones and nautical accents. The space is intimate, but every inch has been maximized to the fullest. The living room offers a sofa sleeper and Smart TV. Steps away, the kitchenette comes fully equipped with all the necessities to whip up a delicious meal or a quick beach snack from home. Adjacent to the living area is a large nook outfitted with a King bed, dresser, and crisp linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Steps away, a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is stocked to serve you and your fellow guest(s).

The unit is located in an amenity building that is directly on the beach. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, and beach towels are provided. Guests are invited to enjoy the pool, BBQs, and large grass recreation area. The property is also within walking distance to several restaurants, shops, and even boat rentals/charters! With Publix only 2.5 miles away, there’s truly not a need to leave the island if not desired. For those who want to venture out, there are Golf Courses, preserved state and local parks, and endless shopping to also enjoy just a few minutes off the island. Downtown Fort Myers (the historic district) is about a 30-minute drive.
