Magic and memories await you at The Escape to Brier Rose, the perfect sun-soaked spot to call home for your Florida stay. Located within the privately gated and deeply coveted Storey Lake Community, this home boasts your own private patio, with screened pool, four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen, as well as access to endless and amazing amenities. The finishing magical touch: Walt Disney World theme parks are just under a 10-minute drive away!

Everything you need to whip up a delicious meal is in the comfort of your own kitchen, equipped with all utensils, appliances, and necessary storage/counter space. You’ll find it fully stocked with a blender, drip coffee maker, microwave, double toaster, kettle, and gas oven complete with stovetop. The living space has an open concept, with the kitchen island perfectly positioned to give you a view of the whole living room. Prepare a delicious meal whilst keeping the family fun in the living room within your sights, flooded with natural light and complete with two sofas, a coffee table, and TV. Shift your mealtime to the spacious dining table which seats six. There are an additional three seats along your kitchen island.

Just outside of your dining room, you’ll find your backyard patio, the perfect place to spend some well-deserved downtime. Your own private plunge pool awaits, complete with surrounding outdoor furniture. The space is screened in with a private veranda for minimal sun and insect exposure, and maximum relaxation. A Lunch and a lounge by the pool is the perfect reset to break up those busy days at the parks! Once the minions are asleep, enjoy a night cap while planning your adventures for the days ahead.

- Bedroom #1 is the only bedroom located on the first floor, featuring a cozy king-sized bed, dresser, and smart TV, and is steps away from the full bathroom.

- Bedroom #2 is upstairs and comes complete with a king-sized mattress, closet, dresser, smart TV, and full bathroom en suite.

- Bedroom #3 is the perfect place to chill, quite literally. Welcome to the Frozen room! Elsa, Anna, Olaf and Sven greet you in a floor-to-ceiling mural with cohesively colored bedding. This room contains a TV for your Frozen movie night, as well as bunk beds, sporting a full-size mattress on the bottom and a twin on top, plus an additional twin trundle.

- Bedroom #4 is despicably cute! The Minions mount the walls behind two twin beds, facing off to your dresser with TV.

Things to note:
-There is a washer and dryer for your convenience.
-There is Pack N' Play available, should you need it.
-Plenty of parking on site directly in front of the unit.
- The private pool can be heated at an additional cost of $29/day. Please contact us if you are interested in pool heat at least 48 hours in advance of your expected check-in.

The property is located within the deeply coveted privately gated Storey Lake community. Call a number and a golf cart comes magically to your curb and whisks you away to their Hideaway Club amenities area. You as guests of the Escape to Brier Rose are encouraged to enjoy the clubhouse, gym, hot tub, bar and grill, pool with waterslides, lazy river, outdoor seating areas, volleyball court, tennis court, splash pad, hot tub, kayaking dock, kids club and more!

And oh by the way, the magic continues at Walt Disney World, with all its major theme parks, less than 10-minutes away.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested.
