The beautifully landscaped and very private backyard offers spectacular views of the San Jacinto mountains from the sparkling salt water pool and spa. Perfectly placed are the poolside lounge chairs for soaking up the desert sun, a covered cabana if you prefer shade, and a hammock for napping in the lazy afternoon, this IS Palm Springs!! The outdoor shower completes this perfect Palm Springs pool area.

A covered "al fresco" dining spot with seating for 8 and is the perfect gathering spot for quality family time grilling and sharing a meal. . Finish off your desert night stargazing from the comfortable seating area around the outdoor firepit.

Inside Space
The interior of this Palm Springs home offers an oversized great room with a fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. The Ultra HD smart TV provides local cable channels as well as Netflix, Prime Video and Hulu streaming services.

The gourmet kitchen features stainless appliances, ice maker and water dispenser and all of the gadgets including a blender for smoothies, Keurig and standard coffee maker, upgraded cookware and microwave.

The cozy indoor dining area has table seating for 6 and a breakfast bar with seating for an additional 4.This home provides service for 8 for indoor dining and plasticware service for 8 for outdoor dining.

The primary bedroom suite offers a comfortable king-sized bed with hotel quality mattress and luxury linens for a good night's rest and a 40" smart tv with all of the streaming services. The two guest bedrooms offer queen size beds, trundle beds for single guests, and smart tvs. All bedrooms have dressers and large closets.

This Palm Springs home has super cool air conditioning for even the hottest desert days.

Located less than 10 minutes from the airport, shopping, golf, Soak City water park and the Palm Springs Ariel Tram, this is the perfect getaway .

The surrounding neighborhood and park are great places for a daytime or evening stroll. A car or Uber is recommended for other activities.

Things to Note:
Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.
During the winter months (October – May) we recommend adding pool heat to your reservation for $100 per day. We heat the pool to a very comfortable 86 degrees and the spa to a very relaxing 102 degrees. The pool is heated and ready to enjoy when you arrive to the home.
For stays longer than 29 days a $1500 utility deposit is required. Guest pays actual utility costs which will be deducted from deposit.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.
