This home features an oversized balcony with views straight to Table Rock Lake and tree-filled landscapes beyond. Nature trails give you walking access right to the waters you can see from the home.

Designed to feel like your own home, the interior of Eagle’s Flight at Heldstab Haven welcomes you in with comfortable furnishings, rich wood details, and ample natural light. When spending leisure time indoors, enjoy the leather couches arranged around the HD tv. Sliding glass doors take you right from the living area onto your spacious balcony with a dining table for 6 and additional seating overlooking the lake and expansive views.

Back inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with standard appliances, coffee maker, and cookware for convenient cooking at home. Whether you’re visiting over coffee or having a quick bite to eat, the kitchen counter has barstool seating for 2 to enjoy. Formal dining can be hosted at the dinner table with seating for 4.

This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area. An additional blow up mattress is within the home to sleep an extra 2 people.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a queen size bed, HD tv, and ensuite bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub combo.

A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your date checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed.
Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

Beautiful views and perfect for our getaway

We loved the condo!! The couches and the beds were sooo comfy. Our daughter absolutely loved the surprise toys in the cabinet. We enjoyed the deck and had dinner out on the porch one night. We also loved both outdoor pools and the indoor pool. The little splash pads were super fun. We drove to the pools since we walked up the hill to the wrong one at first 🙂 but their was a super helpful guy who helped us get to the correct pool. A few cosmetic things needed to be fixed, such as the sliding screen door to the porch and the closet door handle in the master was taped and off track. My husband got the closet door on track. I also fixed the closet shelf in the 2nd bedroom which was unhooked but I put it back on and it was good. Our dogs enjoyed the space too and loved laying on the cool tile. Another awesome perk was having a washer and dryer in the unit. Everything was labeled and was easy to return to the correct spot. One question we had was which temp to leave the ac at because it said a few different temps. In the book. We set the temp at what was sent in the email. We loved our trip and our stay and would recommend this condo to anyone:)

Overall satisfied. Liked access to both indoor and outdoor pools, most days both hot-tubs were broken down/unavailable. Good views. Clean and good instruction packet except for directions to indoor pool in condo section up one community up the street, good code/easy entry, limited parking, buckled floors with cracked tiles, good amenities, 3 TVs, couple bulbs burned out but no big deal. Electrical outlet on the deck was loose and needed fixing. Overall pleasant stay.

1st Branson Trip

Great accommodation and pet friendly

We had to show up late for our reservations because of the snow storm. The poor people before us could not get out either. Chuck called and asked if we could delay our arrival a few days. He also said he would let us stay another day for the inconvenience So Nice of him to do that.!! As we arrived I could not get in the unit so I called and he answered right away to help me with the door. SUCH a nice man as he made sure all things were to our liking. The condo is nicely decorated and had every thing you needed. Thank you again chuck for everything.. would stay again.

Beautiful quiet clean condo

We met out daughter who is attending college in Springfield making our stay as 4 adults. The condo was very easy to find with minimal steps. We did find a small path on the side to avoid steps. The condo was beautifully decorated with thoughts of everyone. (Toys hidden in closet, extra sheets and blankets, fold up pack n play in closet, games and movies) Most we did not need but was very nice to see for families with smaller kids. Out the front door you can see the top of the coasters from Silver Dollar City. The deck was large with a great view of part of the lake. Condo was amazing and very comfortable. Communication was fast and accurate. I'm sure we will be back! Thank you for sharing your condo!!

We normally take our RV to Branson but because of the weather we chose to rent a condo through VRBO. The condo was as we expected by what we read and saw on the pictures. Although we were satisfied a couple things could be updated. The toilets were not comfort height and a different shower curtain rod would make life much more comfortable for a larger person like myself.

It was very easy to check in and had all the necessary things available without having to run to Walmart such as dishwashing soap utensils etc. Kids loved the pool and it was a very short drive to silver dollar city and only about 20 min to downtown Branson. We had a great time! The property has a trail that leads down to a beautiful hangout spot on the lake. We brought our dogs down and they loved the water. Very friendly people everywhere, including the little country store down the road. Close to silver dollar city and just a few minutes from Branson. The property owners ensured everything was neat and clean. They even left a delicious chocolate cake and a birthday card for my fiance! Overall a great experience I would recommend to everyone.

Quiet place near SDC, Lake view

We take our grand kids to SDC every summer. We stayed in this unit over the winter and knew that it would be perfect for our 'Grandcation'. 2 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, couch pulls out into a bed and we brought a blow up bed also (but there is one there to use too!). Plenty of 'area space' so all the kids could spread out and not be 'on top of each other'. Kitchen is big enough to have 'work space' to get meals together for everyone. Washer/dryer with soap and fabric sheets - less stuff that we had to pack. If you are staying more than 3-4 days, I would bring shampoo/conditioner...there are some travel size ones there, but they aren't going to last your whole stay. Great BIG outdoor deck/porch. Kids could eat out there, do crafts, get their sunscreen on etc.... Great location if you are doing Silver Dollar City. Great location even if you are doing other attractions, just learn the different color routes to minimize getting stuck in traffic. A little trek to each pool, but we just loaded up the kids and drove. Saw deer each day we were there. Great lake view...tons of lightning bugs. We will definitely be back!
