The open-concept living space has an unabashedly beach-inspired look with colorful couches and chairs, a smart tv, and beach-themed artwork adorning the walls. Steps away is the formal dining table for 6 and the spacious kitchen with a large island, barstool seating, stainless steel appliances, and coffee maker.

This home sleeps 12 guests between 3 private bedrooms and 2 full size sleeper sofas, 1 in the living room and 1 in the upstairs nook.

- Beach Access: Dolphins and Dunes enjoys access to several nearby beach access points. The closest beach access is the Dune Allen Regional Beach Access which is located just 0.4 miles from the home. There is a shower, and plenty of bike parking and a few spaces for carts but no parking for cars. This home is roughly 0.6 miles from the Dune Allen Public Beach Access. It is complete with restrooms, plenty of parking, and a lifeguard station.

While staying at Dolphins and Dunes you are only a 2-minute ride to the beach in your car or golf cart, and less than a 10-minute walk from the brand-new beach access right across the street. The first floor is a perfect place to hang with all the family and make sure that everyone is included. The fully stocked kitchen offers beautiful granite countertops with all stainless appliances and a dining area with seating for 6 guests. There are also an additional 3 seats at the large kitchen island.
The second floor boasts 2 additional bedrooms, and a small loft area complete with a sleeper sofa, allowing an additional 2 guests to sleep comfortably. There is another large King suite located on this floor, as well as a bunk room. The bunk room includes a twin over full bed with a twin-sized trundle bed, making the room comfortable for up to 4 kids to sleep.
