• Reporting pets is non-negotiable/required and if guests fail to report/pay pet fees and evidence of pets are discovered upon check out, you will be charged for pet fees with additional fail to report fee $250 for not validating our rules.
• This home is equipped with two (2) external security cameras. The first is mounted on the front of the house, actively monitoring the home’s entrance and front yard. The second is mounted in the alley, actively monitoring the side of the home.
