With all the play and adventure that comes along with a trip to Orlando, it’s important to have a relaxing place to unwind. The living room is perfect for just that with couches where you can kick back, and a smart tv where you can stream your favorite shows or enjoy iconic Disney movies.

Sliding glass doors invite you outside to your luxury pool and patio area. A highlight of your trip, the pool will provide hours of play while comfortable lounge furniture sits poolside for even more hours of outdoor relaxation. On cool nights, make use of the hot tub as you reminisce on the day’s adventures. A safety screen, which creates a barrier at the pool’s edge, is provided for your peace of mind.

Back inside, the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee station, cookware, and ample counter space for all your food preparation needs. Have a quick bite to eat at the kitchen counter with barstool seating for 2, or share a formal dinner at the dining table with room for 8.

At Brunello Breeze, every detail has been thought of so that the trip is fun for all ages. The home’s garage has been converted into an edgy game room with pub style table and barstools, pool table, and decor nodding to well-loved characters.

This home sleeps 10 guests between 5 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub. Additionally, this room has sliding glass doors leading to a private patio with bistro table.

Bedroom #2 has a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 is furnished with a queen size bed and smart tv.

Bedroom #4 is designed to transport guests into the Marvel Universe. Avengers unite in this room furnished with 2 twin size beds and smart tv. Imaginations will run wild with capes and masks to match all the favorite superheroes.

Bedroom #5 is fit for princesses with 2 twin size beds and a smart tv. A pink chandelier, wall to wall Disney princess mural, and selection of princess dresses turn fantasy into reality.

THINGS TO NOTE:

-The home has an additional shared bathroom with shower/tub combo, as well as a shared half-bathroom.
-2 parking passes are provided.
-Washer and dryer in unit.
-Please note - if you would like the pool heated, an additional $25 per day will be charged. This is not included in the booking rate and will be applied upon request.
-This home is pet friendly. If you are bringing a pet, the pet fee is not included in this total price. Please email us ASAP so we can plan accordingly.

While visiting our community, please be aware that each home has 2 exterior parking spaces and OVERNIGHT PARKING ON THE STREET IS NOT ALLOWED. You will find additional parking available at the clubhouse, available on a first come, first served basis. The HOA is VERY strict and tows daily - the fee for towing is $250. Please call us with any questions on this important detail!

Brunello Breeze is located in Tuscan Hills, an idyllic private gated community that offers a tennis court, children’s play area, and sand volleyball court. All amenities are centrally located near the clubhouse, which includes a lounge area, complimentary wi-fi, fitness center, and outdoor patio area. This ideal location puts you 6 miles from Disney, 4 miles from Margaritaville, and 3 miles from major shopping centers.

Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of $30 per additional hour requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.

Please note there are 2 parking spots at the house, one along the side of the house and one in front of the garage. The HOA is very strict on towing, please call with any questions and look at the photo showing the parking arrangements.

If you are bringing a pet - the pet fee is not included in this total price. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
