This studio features a cozy open living space. The living room offers a sofa that doubles as a queen size bed, flat screen smart TV, and a private balcony. The kitchen is well equipped with appliances and everything you may need to whip up your favorite meal. Enjoy your meal at the dining table set for 4. With a queen size murphy bed, and the queen size sofa sleeper, 4 guests will be accommodated comfortably.
There is a full bathroom with a stand-up shower. The building also has 3 outdoor showers on the property to rise off after a day at the beach.


THINGS TO NOTE:
- Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels.
- There is a free parking garage and Private parking lot
- Bring your bicycles to explore the bike trails, designated bike parking located in the garage.

The property is located in Rehoboth Beach, a family-friendly coastal town that offers everything from waterfront dining to an iconic boardwalk. The home is located in a private complex that provides a pool with lounge chairs that is exclusive to residents and guests. The boardwalk with tons of rides, games, and coastal eateries is also within minutes. A dozen noteworthy restaurants, bars, and cafes can also be found in the surrounding area.

Although specific unit does not have security camera or their own washer/dryer, the condominium as a whole offers these amenities.

  2. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
  3. Pets are not allowed.
  4. No loud playing music on the balconies and in the apartment.
  5. Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
  6. No hanging items on the balcony railing (towels, bathing suit, etc.)
  7. Guest must bring their own bed linens and towels

  9. Please read the Grand Welcome's Terms and Conditions carefully.
  10. Report any breakage or damage immediately to the rental manager
  11. Keep the balcony and entrance doors closed when the HVAC is being used.
  12. One free onsite parking space for the studio home. Pick up parking permit from staff a lobby desk. Inquire at the desk for a returnable parking pass for free street parking for additional vehicles

September in Rehoboth

We have been going to the Outer Banks for years and were looking for something similar closer to home (Philadelphia) but not as built-up as the Jersey Shore towns. Rehoboth filled the bill quite well, with excellent restaurants and the main attractions all within walking distance. The Star of the Sea was perfect, well-designed and managed. We didn’t even mind the remains of Hurricane Ian blustering through on our first two days. I think we’ll be back.

End of summer vacay

The rental process was quite easy through VRBO. It's our second time staying in the building, but not the exact unit. Will definitely keep an eye out for availability for next year
