Welcome to the Beachfront Beauty at the Star Of The Sea Condominium, a lovely beachfront retreat in a prime location. With a private community pool, access to the beach, and close to everything Rehoboth Beach has to offer there is endless family fun. This condo is ideal for those who do not want to need to use their car, want to be in the middle of town and are ready to soak up all the joys of a coastal getaway, this beachfront beauty is for you.
This condo features open living spaces allowing for easy conversation between the living, balcony, kitchen, and dining areas. The living room offers a sofa that doubles as a queen size bed, and a flat screen smart TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a full suite of appliances and everything you may need to whip up your favorite meal. Eight guests will be accommodated comfortably between 2 bedrooms and the living room sofa sleeper.
Bedroom #1 features a queen bed, flat screen smart TV, and private balcony.
Bedroom #2 offers two queen beds, and a flat screen smart TV.
There are two full bathrooms in the home, both with stand-up showers. The building also has 3 outdoor showers on the property to rise off after a day at the beach.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Guests must bring their own bed linens and towels.
- There is free underground parking, as well as outdoor private parking lots available
- Bring your bicycles to explore the bike trails, designated bike parking located in the garage.
The property is located in Rehoboth Beach, a family-friendly coastal town that offers everything from waterfront dining to an iconic boardwalk. The home is located in a private complex that provides a pool with lounge chairs that is exclusive to residents and guests. The boardwalk with tons of rides, games, and coastal eateries is also within minutes. Dozens of noteworthy restaurants, bars, and cafes can also be found in the surrounding area.

- Smoking is never allowed inside, on the balconies or in the Star Of The Sea's common area.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- No loud playing music on the balconies and in the apartment.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- No hanging items on the balcony railing (towels, bathing suit, etc.)
- Guest must bring their own bed linens and towels
- Please review, with all your guests, the Star Of The Sea's welcome brochure
- Please read the Grand Welcome's Terms and Conditions carefully.
- Report any breakage or damage immediately to the rental manager
- Keep the balcony and entrance doors closed when the HVAC is being used.
- Two free onsite parking spaces for your two bedroom beachfront home. Pick up parking permits from staff at the lobby desk. If additional space is needed, -inquire at the desk for a returnable permit for free street parking for additional vehicles.
