Bay Breeze Bungalow

We rented both units. Everything about this house was perfect for us (3 adults, 3 kids)...the space, pool, privacy, location. Walkable to beach and about 20 min walk to Times Square, but also very easy to pick up the free trolley at the end of the road. It was clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and coolers. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay with my mom and daughters! It was very clean, and within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. The pool area was great! Would stay here again!

My family and I have stayed at this property before with a previous owner. New management and ownership have created some changes that we were a little surprised about. Our unit was missing a few items, one roll of toilet paper for the whole week was provided. We also didn’t have any hand soap or garbage bags and a Keurig machine didn’t have any coffee pods provided as it did last year. The T.V. In the kids room wasn’t functional - no batteries in the remote. We were also surprised that the towel rack in the bathroom is still broken from last year! Pillows and bath rugs are very worn & tired. So things are a little more bare-bones. Last year the pool was tended to daily, we cleaned the debris & saw a pool person once. If you don’t care about feeling spoiled & your priority is location & nice pool this is a good match. The owner did stop by with garbage bags & soap to make it right. We still had to provide our own paper towel & TP. We were a little disappointed for the price we pay, at this property. With a little more love this place could be a 5* for us.

Beautiful property close to beach. My family enjoyed using the pool everyday and walking to beach.

VERY CLOSE TO BEACH, BEACHY FEEL, GREAT FOR SMALL FAMILIES OR SMALL GROUP OF FRIENDS
