Outside the grill and shaded dining table provide another option for mealtimes while multiple seating options provide space to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, sliding glass doors leading outside, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 is furnished with 2 full size beds and also has direct access outside.

In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.
Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.
