Your mountain ADVENTURE AWAITS in this newly furnished, townhome located uptown in the middle of all the action Pagosa Springs has to offer! This is a pet friendly, and family-owned residence.

Many summertime adventures are minutes away from your door. You’re in the heart of the uptown area of Pagosa and within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and many retail shops and stores. It’s only an 8-minute drive to downtown to enjoy all the retail shops, restaurants/bars, the Pagosa Visitors Center, disc golf, biking, The Hot Springs Resort, other mineral spring soaking tubs, the newly-designed river walk and the many family-friendly river activities like tubing, swimming and fishing! The 27-hole Pagosa Springs Golf Club is only a 5-minute drive, as well.

Hiking trailheads are plentiful within a short drive including Coyote Loop, Turkey Springs trail systems and the Piedra River trail. Major attractions like Treasure Falls, Wolf Creek scenic overlook, and Chimney Rock National Monument are less than a 30-minute drive in each direction with amazing scenery all around.

The large open floor plan of the townhome on the main level living area allows for cozy, relaxing family-fun activities and enjoying meals from the large, well-appointed kitchen. Plenty of seating around the bar-height counter and plenty of counter space will enhance all of your gatherings. A propane gas grill is also available for the BBQ grill master in the group! In the living room, a gas fireplace with matching reclining reading chairs on each side adds a cozy charm to your evening after winding down from your adventures that day. The brand new sofa pulls out to a queen mattress for more cozy comfort. The wall-mounted smart TV and a powder room a few steps away round off this peaceful spot. There’s even a full closet full of “river towels” you can use while in the hot springs or San Juan River – your ADVENTURES AWAIT!

Upstairs, in additional to three bedrooms, the full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway closet for your laundry needs. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a large, ensuite bathroom with an extra-large walk-in closet. The large window gives you beautiful mountain views looking northeast. You can enjoy watching the smart TV with Roku stick connectivity. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well as a smart TV and Roku stick. The third bedroom contains a trundle bed that can utilized in two ways – as a split bed with two separate twin mattresses where the lower mattress is pulled out and remains lower to the floor. Or the mattresses can be put together into a king-sized mattress (king-sized topper and sheets provided). There’s a smart TV and Roku stick here as well.

The garage can be used for parking only if your vehicle fits comfortably with the garage door closed. The garage door must remain closed at all times. The garage is great place to enter the house to undress from the day’s adventures after you’ve hit the muddy trails. If you decide to use the BBQ grill, pull the grill into the driveway while in use and return it inside the garage after it’s cooled. Bon appetit!

There is no AC in the townhome, so orchestrating the window, window blind/curtain and floor fan are important to ensuring your comfort during your entire stay. Details about that are in the welcome binder found in the living room. Please read through the binder carefully and thank you in advance for doing so.

Things to Know.
- Max occupancy: 8, includes adults and children/infants.
- Max PET occupancy: 2, medium sized dogs NOTE: This home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $35 per day. This fee is not included in your final booking price. If you are bringing Dogs, please contact our Customer Care Team after booking to pay the pet fee.
- SMOKING of any kind including vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house. Smoking must be done away from the house and cigarette butts are to be disposed of properly. If smoke is detected in the house, an additional cleaning fee could be charged to the guest for the work needed to remove the smoke smell.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed. Only members of guest bookings allowed.
- This unit is in a townhome complex with full-time residents living next to the unit. There is a strict 10PM – 8 AM QUIET TIME rule for the comfort and respect of all residents. ?
- Keep garage door closed at all times. Replace garage door opener to welcome table if used.
- Double-check fireplace to shut-off each time you leave the house or go to sleep.
- This rental utilizes an E-Lock that requires a unique code for each entry.
