A beautiful kitchen features all-black appliances and granite countertops, a space the chef among you will love to spend time in preparing meals of all kinds. When you’re ready to enjoy, the dining room table can seat 4 for formal meals or take a more casual seat for afternoon cocktails and appetizers at the kitchen counter barstools.

This home comfortably sleeps 5 guests between 2 private bedrooms, and a sofa sleeper in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

The home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

- Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles.
- Pet friendly with fenced in yard! 1 pet maximum, under 35 lbs. An additional flat fee of $100 will be included upon booking. To avoid fines, please make sure your pet is on a leash and pick up after your pet.

Although Athens is the highly regarded hometown of the Dawgs, it’s much more than just an awesome college town.
