• Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles. Additional parking is available at the entrance for trailer and additional vehicles on a first come, first served basis.
• This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located on the front deck and actively monitoring the driveway.
• Guest access to the Grand View Resort Pool. The pool is open seasonally as weather permits, generally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Famous country singer, Dolly Parton, was born in Sevier County, making it a monumental place for devoted fans to visit. Dollywood, a family theme park jointly owned by Parton is located 9 miles from the home.
