With an outdoor fireplace, grill, and seating, this is a space you are sure to enjoy during your visit. Other outdoor amenities include sports courts, indoor and outdoor heated pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and Full Gym.

Inside, the home is furnished for a successful trip with cozy couches where you can watch a movie on the 4k smart tv and a dining table with seating for 6 to share a meal together. The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and other essentials for convenient meals at home or prepping food to take on the go.

This home sleeps 5 guests comfortably. The primary suite has a king size bed, 4k smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Additional sleeping space is provided with a queen size sleeper sofa and twin foldaway bed.

3 underground parking spaces are provided. With extra spaces in the parking lot.

Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs are heated and open year-round.

If you are bringing a pet - This home is pet friendly with a two-pet maximum. The pet fee is $20.00 per day, not to exceed $100.00. An additional pet fee will be applied after booking is complete. A maximum of 2 pets can be brought to the unit. Please contact Customer Care at 888-780-4809 to have this fee added and avoid fines.

Southern Utah is a popular destination for year-round recreation and its major parks including; Zion National Park, Snow Canyon State Park, and Red Cliffs National Conservation Area. You are close to all manner of outdoor adventures including numerous hiking and biking trails, beautiful lakes and parks. The area is known for dozens of golf courses including highly rated Entrada at Snow Canyon where the greens are surrounded by red rock views. Relax at renowned spa resorts or take in a show at the nationally acclaimed Tuacahn Amphitheatre. Feeling Lucky, Las Vegas is within a quick 2 hour drive.

Hurricane, lots to see

The condo was a great fit for my self and wife! Minor things, no ice or water from the ice box, flickering lite in the Kitchen!,often had to find phone reception by standing outside on the Patioâ˜¹ï¸ Outside could have been cleaned up by the patio, lots of leaves and spider webs.-- too hot to sit anyway !!! On the whole the town was close to everythingðŸ˜€ We were happy that the condo we picked was really priced great

Very good place to stay

Was as advertised. Pool and hot tub were nice. The only thing that was a worry to my spouse were the occasional cockroach that was seen dead or dying on the floor. Could not get the gas grill to light. Would stay again if I was in that area, really was a 4.5 out of 5.

Great little retreat

easy access, loved the two pools- kids could swim no matter what the weather was doing. Close to several hiking spots and all things in St. George. Kitchen fairly well stocked, could use a larger skillet for family meals. We loved our stay here!

Very nice condo

My family and I stayed recently. The condo was clean and comfortable. The pool was heated and the gym was well stocked . The condo development was quiet and well-kept. We would rent this condo again in the future. My only suggestion is adding an electric tea pot to your already well stocked kitchen. Thank you. See you in the future.

Excellent Condo and Location

Our stay was awesome and Becky was the best! The kitchen was well stocked for all our needs, the bed was comfy, the condo was clean and the indoor parking was an extra bonus! Comfortable and Great Amenities

We really enjoyed our stay. We used the gym, pool, and hot tub every day. The condo was clean and having a washer/dryer was a nice feature. Big thanks to our host, Becky, who was prompt in communication and even left us a little cake and birthday card since we were there celebrating for the weekend. Would stay there again.
