Fully equipped for all your cooking needs, you’ll also find beautiful quartz counters, sleek cabinetry, and a Keurig coffee maker ready to get your day started out right.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and additional 2 guests on the full sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 full beds and a smart TV.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• One dedicated covered parking space and one open parking first come basis at front of complex. Parking Passes must be displayed in vehicle and will be included in the unit upon arrival. Please note that failure to comply with parking requirements can result in additional fees.
• Please note that due to condominium complex requirements, Pest Control will need to enter the property on the second Tuesday of every month. If for medical reasons this is not acceptable to guests, please contact Grand Welcome of Space Coast at the time of booking so that alternate arrangements can be made for your stay.
• No smoking, vaping, or marijuana use (including for medical use) – violators will be fined $500 plus mitigation.
• No pets – violators will be fined $500 plus cleaning costs.
• No parties or gatherings.
• Please obey max occupancy at all times.
