Grand Welcome Houston is owned and operated by Niyi Olumide. The Texas A&M graduate has lived in the culturally diverse Lone star state for 15 years, based in the Houston area for most of that time.
After multiple engineering and management roles within the construction, oil & gas, and tech industries, spanning over 10 years, Niyi decided it was time to focus on what had now become his passion.
Over the years, Niyi has traveled to several countries, experienced different cultures and various accommodations, which formed his interest in the vacation rental industry and led to his latest business venture of short-term rental property management.
Niyi and his team of experts are on the ground in Houston and dedicated to providing outstanding value and service to local homeowners and creating exceptional experiences for visitors.
