Spend an evening under the stars and twinkling overhead lights in the bubbling hot tub with a refreshing beverage in hand as you relive the day’s adventures. Start off your day with a sweat session in the personal sauna leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged. When you’re ready to head out to the city, you’re less than a 10-minute ride or drive away from downtown, a 5-minute drive to east Austin, and 15 minutes from Mueller by the University of Texas campus. Immerse yourself in nature via the nearby walking trails leading to and around the scenic Colorado River, with parks, nature preserves, and wildlife sanctuaries all accessible by foot.

Indoors you’ll find a fresh and modern interior with a brightly lit open floorplan perfect for gathering. • Driveway parking available for 2 vehicles with overflow on the street as needed.
• Pool heat is available for an additional daily fee of $75. To request and pay this fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking at least 24 hours before your check-in date.
• Pet friendly! An additional daily fee of $35 per pet will be included upon booking. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• This home is equipped with security cameras monitoring the front door and the back yard. Back yard cameras are observing the area behind the fence and do not face the pool.

Zilker Park, which houses the famous Barton Springs Pool, offers access to paddle board and kayak rentals, and central Lady Bird Lake and nature trails boast a two-mile loop perfect for exercise or a relaxing stroll.
