Welcome to the undeniably Californian Mid Century Ranch, a stunning property with a private resort-style pool, luxury furnishings both inside and out, and the contemporary Palm Springs touch. While midcentury modern design makes for stunning interiors, Mid Century Ranch’s outdoor spaces are thoughtfully designed to highlight the natural scenery and create both functional and luxurious experiences outside in the desert environment.

No matter your preference, there’s something for you to enjoy in the home’s outdoor area which features direct mountain views. During the day, soak up some sun on poolside lounge chairs between dips in the pool to cool off. The hot tub offers a way to enjoy the water on cool desert nights. Gather around the firepit right beside the pool, relax in the hammock with your vacation read, or enjoy a meal outside at the shaded dining table with seating for 6. A grill is also available outside where you can BBQ with a view, along with Jenga and corn hole!

All of this, along with beautiful desert landscaping, is visible through sliding glass doors which run the length of your kitchen. Equipped with stainless steel appliances, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and kitchen bar seating for 4, the kitchen is an ideal place to gather for quick eats, visiting over drinks, or preparing a meal to be enjoyed at home. A formal dining table is set for 4, and just beside that, a colorful sectional faces a large smart tv where you can spend indoor leisure time.

This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 is furnished with a king size bed and smart tv.

Bedroom #3 has a queen size bed and smart tv.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- 2 twin size Z beds are provided.
- Parking space for 3 cars is provided in the driveway.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- There is a trailer in the back yard that is not to be used by guests.
- During the colder months of October through May we recommend adding pool heat to your reservation for an additional $100 a day. We heat the pool to a very comfortable 86 degrees F and the spa to a relaxing 102 degrees F. The pool will be warm and ready for you to enjoy when you arrive!
- In reservations longer than 29 nights, the guest pays the actual cost of utilities. A $1500 utility deposit is required at time of check in and the actual utility costs will be deducted from this deposit within 21 days of departure.
- Primary guest must be at least 25 years of age.

One of the best features of Mid Century Ranch is its desirable location. When you’re feeling active, Downtown Palm Springs is just a quick 15-minute bike ride away or a 50-minute leisure walk. The drive couldn’t be easier with less than 10 minutes separating you from Downtown. The mountains are within easy exploring distance with the popular Palm Springs Ariel Tramway 10 minutes from the house and of course much more to visit in the surrounding areas.

Make the most of your easy access to Palm Springs which has plenty to explore from its central shopping district with vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries to nature adventures like hiking, horseback riding, and biking. Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival.

Perfect getaway

This property is well appointed, clean, convenient and was the perfect spot for a family vacation. A lot of time was spent in the pool and outdoor area, which was very well maintained and very spacious. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for meal prep. Check-in was very easy as we were greeted by the Agent who showed us through the house. All of this made our stay very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Mid Century Comfort and Quiet location

Beautiful property with all the right decorative (artist owned) touches and amenities. Perfect space for 2 adults and a teen. Loved the neighborhood and the spa/pool enjoyed by all despite the cool March weather (40-50F in the evening ) Worth the extra $$$ to heat it. I forgot to buy coffee at the store, but no problem they had me covered! Only complaints are: I never got to use the ping pong table ????ran out of time and water pressure in main (back) bath was not great but usable. Definitely recommend this property and Racquet Club Estates neighborhood. *Garden and yard very well maintained and inviting with so many seating choices including the gas fire pit by the pool!
