Cityscape Memories awaits you! One main floor with vaulted ceilings connects all rooms in this charming condo. The living room is equipped with a sofa that doubles as a sleeper, Smart TV, and access to the spacious sunroom. The sunroom offers seating, and a view of Branson attractions.
Back inside everything you may need to whip up a delicious meal is in the comfort of your own kitchen, equipped with all utensils, appliances, and necessary counter space. You’ll find it fully stocked with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and more. The wrap around counter offers counter seating for 4. Shift your mealtime to the spacious dining table which sits eight or take it onto patio to dine al fresco!
The condo sleeps 14 comfortably between the 4 bedrooms, and the sofa sleeper.
Bedrooms #1 and #3 offer 2 full beds, a TV, and an en-suite. Both en-suites are equipped with shower/tub combo’s.
Bedrooms #2 and #4 are situated with a King bed, TV, and en-suite. The bedroom #2 en-suite offers a walk-in shower, and is accessible from the hallway as well. The bedroom #4 en-suite is equipped with a shower/tub combo.

- This is a walk-up unit.
- There is a stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.
- Parking is available for two spaces directly in front of the building.
- Community pool use is NOT permitted for guests.

- Check-In is 4:00pm and Checkout time is 10:00am.
- A late check-out may be available upon request, so please ask your Guest Services team for cost and availability prior to your checkout date. Failure to abide by this listed check-in and checkout times will result in a $50 fine for every 30-minute violation before or after the times provided.
- This is a "Non-Smoking" property. Smoking or vaping inside a unit is not permitted. You will be fined $500 plus mitigation costs.
- Pets of any kind are not permitted unless noted as a "Pet Friendly" unit. You will be fined $500 plus double cleaning fees.
- Always observe quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00AM, as there are neighbors close by.
- Parties or events of any kind are not allowed.
- Do not move or rearrange the furniture.
- Do not exceed the maximum number of cars or occupants.
- Do not park automobiles in the grass, as they will be ticketed and towed. There is also no trailer, boat, rv, jet ski parking of any sort at the properties.
- Failure to follow these rules/procedures and the rules/procedures stated in the agreed upon rental agreement could result in fines, forfeit of the security deposit, and in some cases being asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

Girls' trip

We enjoyed the property and plan to return on our next trip. Most of us wanted our "own space" for sleeping and bathroom, so the four bedroom four bathroom worked well. The only problem we had was not being able to work turn the TV off with the remote. It was probably us and not the equipment.

Short Getaway with family

We had a wonderful stay. The only thing is directions to the actual condo were a little confusing, but we found it. Condo was as described. We did wake up to tornado sirens going off...a suggestion would be to have emergency suggestions...like where to go for a tornado. We were on the top level of the condo. A bit scary, but nothing the owner could do about it...but possibly offer some emergency suggestions in the event it happens to others.

Annual girls weekend

We misunderstood the listing about it being a walk up and our mom uses a walker and couldn't walk up the stairs to the top level, but they were so helpful and worked with us and helped us find a different property to stay in with no stairs. Very home-like

Rooms are all nice size, really enjoyed that each bedroom had its own bathroom attached. Beds are VERY comfortable! House was clean, sidewalks were clean. We were there during an ice/snow storm. The parking lot was a little icy, but nothing major. would definitely stay there again! Was a nice 10 minute drive to the Branson Convention Center which is why we were there to begin with.
