Pour a relaxing glass of wine and make conversation under the stars seated around the stone firepit with accompanying Adirondack seating. While blissfully secluded from the outside world, you’ll also be conveniently located to jump back in when it suits you, with nearby destinations providing access to wineries and vineyards, rafting, ziplining, lakes, river tubing, horseback riding, and so much more. Plan a day trip to Ellijay, less than 20 minutes away, and take full advantage of the shopping, dining, entertainment scene.

Back inside the home, find maximum comfort under the soaring ceilings complemented by large picture windows creating a bright and open space perfect for socializing and relaxing alike. The spacious living room features leather sofa and recliner seating and smart TV accompanied by a gas fireplace. Create a warm, cozy atmosphere for an immersive movie night or turn on the big game while you prepare afternoon appetizers in the kitchen, just steps away. Here, the chef in your group will be delighted to find it fully equipped with all standard appliances, cookware, toaster, and drip coffee maker. The island can accommodate seating for 6 for quick bites or your morning coffee, while the nearby dining room table can formally seat 8.

When you feel that pull to get back outdoors, the home’s generous wraparound deck provides not only scenic views but ample options for dining al fresco or relaxing under the open sky with rocking chairs, café style seating, and tables with umbrellas.

This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a king size bed, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and spacious walk-in shower. The home also includes a half bathroom.

• Driveway parking available for up to 4 vehicles. Additional parking in the lower level.
• This home has a Ring doorbell camera as well as 5 exterior cameras for the purpose of observing wildlife.

Nearby Coosawattee River in Ellijay is a beautiful waterway with a wonderful paddle/canoe ride through 13 miles of class 1 and some class 2 shoals. When you’re ready for a taste of urban life, explore the nearby towns of Ellijay and Blue Ridge. Don’t let the small-town atmosphere fool you – plenty of shops, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and galleries await. Book a shuttle or wine tour to one of the dozens of nearby wineries to taste a variety of mountain wines, completing the day with views of the sunset from one of the many scenic outlooks. Expedition Bigfoot is nearby Blue Ridge is a must see!

The historic town of Ellijay, GA is located in Gilmer County, an area known for its agricultural way of life and laid-back tourist destinations like mountain wineries and u-pick apple orchards. Although Ellijay has a small-town atmosphere filled with nostalgia, it provides guests with access to the Southeast’s major cities including Chattanooga and Atlanta. Nestled in the green foothills of the vast Chattahoochee National Forest at the base of the Appalachian Mountain Range, Gilmer County abounds with forests, wildlife, clean air, sparkling rivers, lakes and streams. With hundreds of miles of hiking trails and waterways to explore, you can spend your entire day outdoors taking in the mountain fresh air and breathtaking scenery.

Our Hot tub fees are included in our pricing - no additional hot tub fees for our properties. You will have a fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, some properties offer both Keurig/Drip combo, dishes, glassware, utensils, cutlery, pots, and pans.

Our Basic Provisions:
Include all linens for each bed, 2-bath towels, 1-hand towel, 1-wash cloth PER person, dresser or closet for clothing storage, central heat & air, washer/dryer, vacuum and/or broom and dust pan, mop, streaming smart TV, internet, and propane grill or both charcoal and gas. (Some properties have more) Please pick up after your pet at pet friendly properties.

In addition we provide a complimentary start-up supplies of: Toilet Tissue (2 rolls per bathroom), Paper Towels (1 roll), Garbage Bags (2-3 bags), Dishwasher Detergent (1-2 loads), Laundry Detergent (1 load), and some Dishwashing Soap.

Returning Guests are considered VIPs….(when available) we offer free Early check in or Late check out - ask local management team. All trash must be properly bagged or charged a fine. Please abide by all the rules and be courteous of neighbors. If need be management reserves the right to and can evict rowdy/unruly guests on behalf of our owners. However, we have not had to do so yet!
