Take a scene transport over the soaring cliffs of Chino Canyon to the pristine wilderness of the Mt. San Jacinto State Park where you’ll find a museum, theaters, and over 50 miles of hiking trails. You’ll be under 10 minutes to downtown Palm Springs where endless shops, restaurants, cafés, and nightlife options await you for a full day of exploration.

Indoors, the open floor plan blends living and dining together, creating a space made for entertaining. The living room offers a comfortable sofa and loveseat facing a smart TV where you can easily stream all your favorites during morning or evening downtime. Nosh on your well-earned meals at the formal dining room table with seating for 6 or take a more casual seat at the kitchen island with high-top stool seating for an additional 4.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and tiled walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes 2 twin size beds.

Bedroom #3 includes a queen size bed and smart TV.

The home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and tiled walk-in shower.

The pool can be heated for $75 per day, pool heating is available with 48 hour notice and payment. Please contact Customer Care to have this added.

The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. A 6-minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.

Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas which the area is known for. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that also puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.
