This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 full size beds and patio access.

The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Driveway parking available for up to 3 vehicles.
• Pet friendly! Maximum 2 pets allowed. A daily $35 pet fee per pet will be required. To pay your pet fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking. To avoid fines, please keep your pet on a leash and pick up after your pet.
• The pool and hot tub can be heated during the winter months (November thru May) if requested. An additional fee of $100 per day will be required.
• This home is equipped with 2 security cameras. One facing the driveway with a view of the carport, and the other is facing the front door.

A 6-minute drive will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries. The mountains are of course nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking all around.
