This home comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 2 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and balcony with seating and a cactus garden.

The home also includes a main-floor half bath and a full guest bathroom upstairs with dual pedestal sinks and a tiled walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- Long-term rentals (30+ days) only.
- Washer and dryer in home.
- Assigned parking for 1 vehicle. A remote control will be needed to enter the allotted parking space and will be inside the condo. If the remote control needs to be replaced due to damage or loss, there will be a $100 fee to replace. There is additional parking in the parking lot located at the Caballeros Street entrance, marked “Guest”.
- Guests will pay an upfront $750 monthly utility fee which will be used to pay all utilities. Should guests not meet or exceed that amount on the utility bills, they will receive the overage as a refund.
- Pets are not allowed in the unit.

The location of this home is as appealing as its beautiful design. A 15-minute walk will take you to Downtown Palm Springs with its central shopping district including vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, art galleries, and coffee shops. The mountains are immediately nearby with the popular attraction of the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, plus nature trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking.

Be sure to visit the hot springs, golf courses, and spas for which the area is known. Palm Springs is an amazing geographic location that puts you within range of day trips to places like Joshua Tree National Park and Coachella.

Guests dial "928" into the directory, and a phone call will be initiated to 760-259-7852. Upon pressing "9", guests will be allowed entry through the gate.
