• One well-behaved dog (under 70 lbs) allowed with prior approval and pet fee

We've provided an extra-large dog-specific towel for owners to dry off their dog with. Please make sure to completely dry off your dog prior to letting them back into the condo.

There are 4 Cadet heaters in the condo: 1 in each bedroom, 1 in the main living room, 1 in the hallway. Upon checking out, please turn down the knobs on each Cadet heater to the midway point.
Make sure all windows and doors are locked prior to leaving.

Please be sure you enter Guest Mode on each of the Rokus.

No Parties allowed.
The Property and balcony are non-smoking.
Do not exceed the number of max occupants.
Always observe quiet hours between 10pm-7am, and respectful to neighbors.
Please return all 6 SHARC passes. If lost or damaged, there will be a $125 charge fee for replacement.
