This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.

Bedroom #3 includes 2 twin size beds and a smart TV.

Bedroom #4 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

This home also includes 2 additional full bathrooms, one with a single vanity and a walk-in shower and another with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking available for 3 vehicles. Margaritaville has a “no logo” policy for parking on site. If you are driving a vehicle with a company logo, they will not allow you to park on site.
• Guests do NOT have access to the Owner’s-Only Margaritaville Resort swimming pools or resort amenities - commonly called "The Fins Up Club."
• Stairs required.
• Portable crib and high chair available.
