- No Parties: The property is for residential use only. No loud gatherings or parties are allowed to respect the neighbors and maintain Sedona's peaceful environment. Quiet hours are 10 pm – 7 am.
- Respect the Property: Please treat the home and its contents carefully. Any damage to the property or its belongings will be the responsibility of the guest.
- Security & Safety: For your safety and security, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
- Early Check-in and Check-out: May be allowed with advance notice. An additional $25 fee per hour will be charged.
- Pets: Pets under 30 lbs are allowed on-site. Please ensure to pick up after your pet.
