Oceanfront Condo with Stunning Views

The view was amazing, beautiful ocean view. The outside property was well maintained, clean and welcoming. Beach was lovely, grills nice touch, location great. Check in easy, instructions/communication good. The condo needs updating. Furniture is old and uncomfortable. Unit had musty smell. Carpet in the living room is in desperate need of cleaning. Small portable air conditioning unit in the living room inadequate to cool the unit, which made it difficult to sleep. We ran the fan in the bedroom and standup fan in the unit to try to cool the bedroom. There was an open box of chocolate on the counter with one piece of candy gone. I'm assuming this was intended to be a welcome gift. Sheets and bedding were clean, however there was hair on the platform around the bed. I used the vacuum in the unit to clean. I notified management, who had someone come to clean it the next day. The location is great, view amazing, enjoyed lovely sunsets. Management responsive. Unit needs updating.

First of all the people managing the place are great and very responsive. The unit is (as others mentioned) old And needs a bit of work. One of the closet doors came off and the management team replied quickly and had it fixed within 2 hours about. Very friendly too. The unit itself is very old. Some of the kitchen has been updated, but overall it really does need an update. The walls, ceiling and carpet need attention. It was well stocked. The complex is very quiet and well located. It’s easy to find.

This condo was a great location. Has the amenities needed for a 13 day stay. Enjoyed our time there.

The balcony facing the ocean made it all so perfect. Could hear the surf all night. The pool was nice. The atmosphere so peaceful. The location served us well.
