Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed.

Bedroom #3 includes twin-over-twin size bunk beds.

This home also includes two additional full bathrooms, one in the main house and another in the studio unit, both with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

2. No Parties: The property is for residential use ONLY. Loud gatherings or parties are not allowed to respect the neighbors and maintain Sedona's peaceful environment. Quiet hours are 10 p.m.
3. Respect the property: Please treat the home and its contents carefully. Any damage to the property or its belongings will be the responsibility of the guest.
4. Security & Safety: For your safety and security, make sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
5. Early check-in and check-out may be allowed with advance notice. An additional $30. fee per hour will be charged.
